I had roof damage from the storm that came through Joliet a week ago. Savage roofing was on it immediately, did a wonderful job repairing and replacing missing shingles, as well as educating me about my current homeowners insurance , which was so helpful. I highly recommend this company, they will go the extra steps to make sure your needs are addressed!

My house was in need of a brand-new roof.The owner himself came out to do the estimate,worked with insurance and ,he was extremely professional he explained everything to me A to Z.He explained in great detail what kind of roof he would recommend and why. He also explained, that there might be some additional charges and he listed what they would before. So, I decided to go with this company. And, I’m very happy I did. The people who installed my roof were very friendly, and made sure to meet my,needs and to be be very careful with all my landscaping!!😅😂😂They did an amazing job. This company has went beyond and far for me with insurance to make sure that my roof would be replaced and they have exceeded and I couldn't be happier !I would definitely recommend SAVAGE ROOFING to anyone who needs a new roof. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about my experience with Savage!Danny is very nice! He came out to do the assessment, explained the process, made it easy to understand and worked with the insurance adjuster multiple times to get the outcome he believed was necessary to resolve the damage to our roof.I also worked with Morgan and Erika from the office. They are both so sweet! They kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had along the way.Teddy came with the crew the day of the job and was also so nice! The crew did a great job! Everything done in one day. They sent me pictures from a drone before they even left the property so I could see the final outcome! Clean up was fantastic too!I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!Thank you to everyone at Savage that helped from start to finish! You are all amazing!

We received live photos during the actual install which was a nice touch and I never felt like I was being unnecessarily upsold throughout my experience. What a great company to work with! Daniel and his crew are true professionals. Very happy with my new roof and rain gutters. They had a process they followed from beginning to end. They keep you informed of each step and they even took a video showing the roofing process from start to finish. My next door neighbor had his roof and gutters done by Savage as well and he is just as happy.
