I suffered wind damage to my roof and siding. I called for an inspection and Brian came to inspect the roof and siding. I had Brian serve as my public adjuster and he did a fabulous job. He worked quickly with my insurance company to file the claim. Due to the weather as winter came, we waited until spring to start the work. The roof was quickly installed and looks beautiful. However, some nails were left behind and the soffits were damaged and needed to be repaired. I had a hard time getting the company to fix the soffits and fix the siding. However, I contacted Brian and he personally came and fixed the soffits and helped me wrap up the project with Savage. Savage does good work but needs to communicate better and their score would be much higher.

I can’t say enough nice things about the prompt professionalism while working with this company. Daniel was the lead and was very thorough in accessing our insurance plan and laying out all of our options in terms of funding and repairs. Erika and Vivi from the office were so responsive through the client portal and updated us every step of the way. Project was projected on a certain day and the team was on time and completed everything within 2 days. The entire process was such a breeze! And the the end product looks great!

I want to thank Savage Roofing for doing a terrific job on my roof and gutters. The job was reasonably priced and there work was exceptional. From the initial free quote, which was done with Danny and Nicole, to the finished installation which was supervised by Miss Teddy ,I couldn't have been more pleased. I also wanted to give a shout out to Erica in the office who was also very helpful through this process. The labor crew was very professional and kept everything tidy,thank you. I would definitely use Savage again.

This company has the best workers, they know how to do the roof right without compromising on product or labor! There was no pressure, they were quality minded and communicative from the initial inspection until project completion. I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Our home sustained roof damage from a storm and from the very first interaction with Daniel, he was nothing but professional. He educated me on the process for filing an insurance claim, he worked directly with the insurance company, and his team kept me updated every step of the way. The biggest problem I had was the lack of responsiveness from my insurance company, but Daniel's team were persistent until they got a response. Daniel even did a secondary inspection of my roof from the inside of my house in which he determined that all of my roofing boards needed to be replaced. He worked with the insurance company to get them to cover that.When it came to the to the actual work. the professionalism continued. The work had to be delayed because of weather, his team called me the morning of to let me know they were shifting the work by one day. The materials were dropped off at the stated time on the side of my driveway I had specified. The workers started at 7:30 in the morning the following day and worked until they ran out of daylight. They laid down tarps to cover my bushes and took great pains to keep the site as clean as possible. Once they were done, they came back and walked the property to make sure it was as clean as when they arrived. The following day the guys came to install my gutters and once again it was an enjoyable experience.There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Daniel and his team understand what it means to provide exceptional customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend Savage to any of my friends that might be in need of roofing services.

Where do I begin?! My interaction with Savage Roofing started out as a simple mistake. Yes, that's right, a mistake. Let me explain, Daniel came to my house, climbed on the roof and did his inspection. I was not home nor was this planned. Naturally I was freaked out and wondered who the heck was on my roof and why??! Why is this relevant you ask? Well let me tell you why...once he realized he was at the wrong house he came back in person to explain the mixup and apologize which I greatly appreciated. During his visit that time we began discussing his company and how they could help. I never once felt like this was a sales pitch at all. It was very personal to my situation which I appreciated. He gave me his card and I said I would think about what we had discussed.The next day I reached out to the office and was blown away at how responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful the staff was. I was guided every step of the way by Erika. She was patient and explained everything in detail in regard to any question I had. Vivi was also very helpful. The staff kept me updated via text messages, email and an online portal that I found extremely useful. Not a detail was missed.I had my siding and roof replaced by the Savage Roofing team. The workers who were on site were respectful to my belongings and space. Work was done neatly and professionally and the clean up after was awesome! You wouldn’t even know they were there.Overall, my entire experience was great! From the day Daniel knocked on my door to apologize for the mistake, to every phone call, install, and still all communication after the work has been completed.I highly recommend Savage Roofing to anyone who is looking at having work done and have already referred them to all my family and friends. Contact them!! You will NOT regret it!

After a hail storm this spring I called Savage Roofing to come out and do an inspection. The owner Danny came out and found damage on the roof. From that point on Danny and his amazing team handled everything for us. Savage handled all of the insurance meetings and paperwork, scheduled the install and believe it or not they showed up on the scheduled day, (that is rare these days with contractors) and completed the roof, gutters and downspouts as promised. The team on site was amazing and courteous. The Savage team did a great job protecting our landscaping and the cleanup was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail on the roof and gutters was second to nun. If you need a roof and no hassles Savage is your only choice.

A friend of ours referred us to Savage Roofing. They were very happy with the work and the service and recommended Brian McCue as the project lead. Brian came out, went up on our roof and identified wind and hail damage. He explained our options, reviewed our insurance policy with us and then worked with our insurance to get the roof replaced, He also identified hail damage to our aluminum siding and again reviewed our insurance policy and explained our options. He again worked with the insurance adjuster to resolve the siding repairs.The Savage roofing crew had an opening, earlier than planned, called us and asked if it worked for us, which it did. They and the material arrived about 0730, they had the roof stripped by about 0930, and identified some rotted sheeting that needed to be replaced. They took lots of pictures, repaired the sheeting, placed the ice and water dam, worked with the county inspector, and worked late into the evening to finish the job in one day. They had tarped our deck, air conditioners and shrubbs, so the clean up was easier, they raked up the yard and ran a magnnet over the yard to pick up any loose nails.The roof looks great, Brian was available anytime we had questions, and the office was great about getting back to us whenever we had questions for them. Overall, I highly recommend them, especially since they worked with the insurance company to get the claim approved.

I Dealt with contractors in the past some contractors will take third time take your money But after the storm in July, Savage, roofing company talk to me about a new roof They took care of everything paperwork.
