I have nothing but fantastic things to say about my experience with Savage!Danny is very nice! He came out to do the assessment, explained the process, made it easy to understand and worked with the insurance adjuster multiple times to get the outcome he believed was necessary to resolve the damage to our roof.I also worked with Morgan and Erika from the office. They are both so sweet! They kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had along the way.Teddy came with the crew the day of the job and was also so nice! The crew did a great job! Everything done in one day. They sent me pictures from a drone before they even left the property so I could see the final outcome! Clean up was fantastic too!I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!Thank you to everyone at Savage that helped from start to finish! You are all amazing!

What a great company to work with! Daniel and his crew are true professionals. Very happy with my new roof and rain gutters. They had a process they followed from beginning to end. They keep you informed of each step and they even took a video showing the roofing process from start to finish. My next door neighbor had his roof and gutters done by Savage as well and he is just as happy. Where do I begin?! My interaction with Savage Roofing started out as a simple mistake. Yes, that's right, a mistake. Let me explain, Daniel came to my house, climbed on the roof and did his inspection. I was not home nor was this planned. Naturally I was freaked out and wondered who the heck was on my roof and why??! Why is this relevant you ask? Well let me tell you why...once he realized he was at the wrong house he came back in person to explain the mixup and apologize which I greatly appreciated. During his visit that time we began discussing his company and how they could help. I never once felt like this was a sales pitch at all. It was very personal to my situation which I appreciated. He gave me his card and I said I would think about what we had discussed.The next day I reached out to the office and was blown away at how responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful the staff was. I was guided every step of the way by Erika. She was patient and explained everything in detail in regard to any question I had. Vivi was also very helpful. The staff kept me updated via text messages, email and an online portal that I found extremely useful. Not a detail was missed.I had my siding and roof replaced by the Savage Roofing team. The workers who were on site were respectful to my belongings and space. Work was done neatly and professionally and the clean up after was awesome! You wouldn’t even know they were there.Overall, my entire experience was great! From the day Daniel knocked on my door to apologize for the mistake, to every phone call, install, and still all communication after the work has been completed.I highly recommend Savage Roofing to anyone who is looking at having work done and have already referred them to all my family and friends. After a hail storm this spring I called Savage Roofing to come out and do an inspection. The owner Danny came out and found damage on the roof. From that point on Danny and his amazing team handled everything for us. Savage handled all of the insurance meetings and paperwork, scheduled the install and believe it or not they showed up on the scheduled day, (that is rare these days with contractors) and completed the roof, gutters and downspouts as promised. The team on site was amazing and courteous. The Savage team did a great job protecting our landscaping and the cleanup was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail on the roof and gutters was second to nun. If you need a roof and no hassles Savage is your only choice.

I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Our home sustained roof damage from a storm and from the very first interaction with Daniel, he was nothing but professional. He educated me on the process for filing an insurance claim, he worked directly with the insurance company, and his team kept me updated every step of the way. The biggest problem I had was the lack of responsiveness from my insurance company, but Daniel's team were persistent until they got a response. Daniel even did a secondary inspection of my roof from the inside of my house in which he determined that all of my roofing boards needed to be replaced. He worked with the insurance company to get them to cover that.When it came to the to the actual work. the professionalism continued. The work had to be delayed because of weather, his team called me the morning of to let me know they were shifting the work by one day. The materials were dropped off at the stated time on the side of my driveway I had specified. The workers started at 7:30 in the morning the following day and worked until they ran out of daylight. They laid down tarps to cover my bushes and took great pains to keep the site as clean as possible. Once they were done, they came back and walked the property to make sure it was as clean as when they arrived. The following day the guys came to install my gutters and once again it was an enjoyable experience.There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Daniel and his team understand what it means to provide exceptional customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend Savage to any of my friends that might be in need of roofing services.

I cannot say enough good things!I contacted Salvage for a roof inspection as my roof was 17 years old, and Salvage is probably the best advertised business in the area. Dustin was fantastic. He found wind damaged shingles on our roof, and we ended up getting a full roof replacement through insurance (Something I did not expect). The communication from Erika and Morgan during the process was top notch, and very little was needed from me which made this stress free. The job itself was quick and complete within about 7 hours. Ms Teddy was another great resource during the construction.There’s a couple things that really stood out to me as going over and beyond. 1) While completing my roof, they noticed a piece of rotten cedar in the front of my house, and they took it upon themselves to fix that as well. 2) The gutter install was scheduled for the very next day, and we second guessed ourselves last minute on color selection once we saw the finalized roof. Despite the purchase in advance and scheduled work on a calendar, Salvage understood my home project needs and was able to change the color and reschedule with no fee. To be able to do this on less than 24hrs notice was impressive.Details. Communication. Customer Service. Affordability.Every single person I interacted with was great. Sorry for the novel, but they deserve it!A++We will be back when it’s time to do siding!
