Challenge
Miss Vanessa had never heard of us and was understandably skeptical when we knocked on her door. We were already working on her neighbor’s home after recent storm activity and wanted to extend our services to help ensure her property was protected. After a brief conversation, she agreed to let us perform a roof inspection, seeking peace of mind for her home.
Solution
During the inspection, we discovered damage that required attention. After reviewing the findings with Miss Vanessa, she agreed to file an insurance claim. Thanks to our guidance and persistence, the claim was approved, covering a full roof replacement along with gutters and siding. Now, her home is fully protected, and Miss Vanessa can rest easy knowing she made the right decision.
