From the beginning Daniel laid everything out for me and explained all of my options to me very thoroughly. He took care of everything I needed and there were no surprises. Our house was hit with some bad storms this year. Had insurance come out directly and wanted to put bandaids on everything. We called Eddie Ivel and he was great. He got another inspection with insurance and got both our house and garage roof covered. Great company with great people.

Daniel and Savage roofing did a great job on our roofing project. They were great at communicating, very responsive to any questions we had and extremely professional. They walked us through the entire process and helped us through several obstacles that we had experienced with prior companies. They communicated well with our insurance company as well throughout the entire process and kept us in the loop with any information we needed. The work done was better than expected and the crews were timely and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

My house was in need of a brand-new roof.The owner himself came out to do the estimate,worked with insurance and ,he was extremely professional he explained everything to me A to Z.He explained in great detail what kind of roof he would recommend and why. He also explained, that there might be some additional charges and he listed what they would before. So, I decided to go with this company. And, I’m very happy I did. The people who installed my roof were very friendly, and made sure to meet my,needs and to be be very careful with all my landscaping!!😅😂😂They did an amazing job. This company has went beyond and far for me with insurance to make sure that my roof would be replaced and they have exceeded and I couldn't be happier !I would definitely recommend SAVAGE ROOFING to anyone who needs a new roof. I Dealt with contractors in the past some contractors will take third time take your money But after the storm in July, Savage, roofing company talk to me about a new roof They took care of everything paperwork. I’m gonna say it again they took care of everything. We love our new roof The workers and the staff were very professional will recommend this company to the whole world if I could. Savage Roofing replaced our house roof and some rain gutter downspouts that were damaged from the bad storms that hit in August 2020. Lots of communication with them. They did the bulk of the work with our insurance company. They cleaned up the property pretty well after they were done. They were recommended to us by a family member and I would recommend them too.

I cannot recommend Daniel and his team highly enough. Our home sustained roof damage from a storm and from the very first interaction with Daniel, he was nothing but professional. He educated me on the process for filing an insurance claim, he worked directly with the insurance company, and his team kept me updated every step of the way. The biggest problem I had was the lack of responsiveness from my insurance company, but Daniel's team were persistent until they got a response. Daniel even did a secondary inspection of my roof from the inside of my house in which he determined that all of my roofing boards needed to be replaced. He worked with the insurance company to get them to cover that.When it came to the to the actual work. the professionalism continued. The work had to be delayed because of weather, his team called me the morning of to let me know they were shifting the work by one day. The materials were dropped off at the stated time on the side of my driveway I had specified. The workers started at 7:30 in the morning the following day and worked until they ran out of daylight. They laid down tarps to cover my bushes and took great pains to keep the site as clean as possible. Once they were done, they came back and walked the property to make sure it was as clean as when they arrived. The following day the guys came to install my gutters and once again it was an enjoyable experience.There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Daniel and his team understand what it means to provide exceptional customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend Savage to any of my friends that might be in need of roofing services.
