Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to company-generated residential leads within established timeframes.
- Conduct pre-appointment confirmation calls and set clear expectations with homeowners.
- Perform professional in-home consultations and roof/attic inspections.
- Utilize a structured discovery process to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Deliver compelling company and product presentations.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates on-site.
- Confidently ask for the sale and close same-day whenever possible.
- Offer financing options and alternative solutions when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within Profectus and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with production and scheduling teams after closing to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience (roofing, construction, home improvement preferred)
- Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined with follow-up
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
